For Complex Needs

Comprehensive Home + Care Plan

Starting at $1,695 + applicable tax

Appropriate for significant mobility changes, progressive conditions, substantial caregiving requirements, return from hospital, major renovations or multiple family and professional stakeholders.

This may involve both founders and a more detailed review and written roadmap. Living Thesis determines when additional professional expertise should join the process; it does not provide medical diagnosis or replace occupational therapists or other regulated professionals.

The Outcome

Clarity + a plan + a path forward.

The Person

Life inside the home.

We begin with who lives there, what has changed and what matters most: current abilities and challenges, routines, mobility, care requirements, caregiver needs, anticipated health changes, family concerns and what the homeowner wants to preserve.

Pamela Nahal, RPN, CAPS, brings 18 years of healthcare experience and the aging-in-place perspective, including attention to mental and cognitive wellbeing, caregiving and family dynamics.

The Home

The environment around them.

We consider what is currently difficult and review entrances, circulation, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, stairs, lighting, safety, accessibility, technology and potential future modifications.

Lori Sutherland Burns, BID, RID, NCIDQ, brings the accessibility, design and built-environment perspective, informed by 25+ years of practice and her senior-living and adaptive-design teaching at BCIT.
